Goal: Acquire a better understanding of the challenges of the work place. Develop the attitudes and skills necessary to prepare for the job search and the hiring process.

Job search and hiring process
Goal: Preparation and support throughout the actual job search process. Building a CV; searching through job offers, applying for a job, the interview process.

On the job challenges : accommodations
Goal: Working together to empower the employer and support their engagement as well as assist in putting in place the individual accommodations required. Coaching to underline both the strengths and the needs of the employee.

Support for colleagues : the challenges of team work
Goal: Address one of the biggest challenges in the office or employment context : the unwritten codes and practices. Work out misconceptions, frustrations and best practices to accommodations in the work place.

Self employment: A real and attainable choice !
Goal : Project feasibility evaluation ; preparation for the challenges of being self employed; on going support when needed to confront specific difficulties ; preparing a business plan; government self-employment measures and much more.
